Welcome, My name is Grace Sheppard, I am 22 years old and currently live in Birmingham and Florence AL. I have been working to obtain my degree from the University of North Alabama. I am building my own nutrition degree and will graduate in the Summer of 2022. I am also in another school called  Institute for Integrative Nutrition I am online there obtaining my health coaching certification. I hope to one day see my dream of owning my own healthy restaurant, bakery, or food truck come to life.  

I'm very passionate about health and healthy cooking/ baking. I hope to change the way people think of healthy food that just because it's healthy it doesn't have to taste awful. My degree from the University of North Alabama and the Institue for Integrative Nutrition is helping me learn all I can about a healthy lifestyle and nutritional choices to help my customers one day.
